The Maxim Building Services team take pride in providing quality repairs and service with minimum inconvenience to you. Our focus is on doing the job right the first time. Maxim Building Services specialise in insurance work, assisting you through the whole claim process. Usually, property owners are not familiar with the claim process, not always knowing what they are entitled to claim on. We work on behalf of the property owner, not the insurance company, to ensure your claim is processed in a timely manner with minimal disruption. The Director of Maxim Building Services, Max Colefax, is a licenced builder with more than 40 years experience in the building industry. Max started his building career as a Carpenter & Joiner in Canberra, ACT after completing his apprenticeship. He spent the next 5 years building homes as a sub contractor, the moved to commercial work as a Site Foreman for SupaCeiling and Partitions Pty Ltd, ensuring adherence to strict construction timelines, Workplace health & Safety compliance and customer satisfaction. He controlled many high profile work sites, including but not limited to: High Court of Australia, Cooma NSW Hospital extension, Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), New and Old Parliament House.
